5-Year Full Coverage Warranty

Our 5-Year Full Coverage Warranty protects against all issues, including accidental damage.

To file a claim:

1. Take a clear photo of the damage.
2. Email it to [e-mail] for review.
3. We may follow up to request additional details.

Upon return, a 10% restocking fee will be applied based on the original purchase price. If you are returning only part of your order, the restocking fee is calculated using the publicly displayed price — not any sale, promotional, or discounted price.

Shipping Note: Our shipping cut-off is 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday. We do not ship on weekends.

Records & Proof of Purchase

Please retain your proof of purchase — it is required for all warranty claims. Acceptable forms of verification include:

• Confirmation Email — A Beuta order confirmation email serves as sufficient proof of purchase.
• Order Number — An order number qualifies as proof, provided the name on the payment method matches the claimant's name.

Keep your documents in a safe place for any future claims. Beuta reserves the right to refuse claims if a purchase cannot be located in our system.

Applicability

These warranty policies apply exclusively to our current Gen II product, which features no top caps and uses our patent-pending slide-on, slide-off connection system.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

In addition to our 5-Year Full Coverage Warranty, Beuta offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering certain product defects at our discretion.

Coverage Details:

• Period: Valid for as long as you own your Beuta product.
• Eligibility: Covers defects such as plastic cracking caused by freeze/thaw cycles and similar issues, as determined by Beuta.
